At TheJacketPro, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund, or exchange according to the policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return requests made after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging, where applicable
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Free from stains, odors, damage, washing, or alteration

3. How to Request a Return

Before sending any item back, please contact us at hi@thejacketpro.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back without contacting us first.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item.

5. Exchanges

We offer size or product exchanges when stock is available.

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or another available item.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will assist with a replacement, exchange, refund, or return shipping solution.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products made according to customer specifications
  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items, only when clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
